THE SCHOLARSHIP
During Homecoming 2016, DJ Mr Rogers, a PV Alum spearheaded the scholarship by giving $1000 to a deserving student. Our goal is to give even more money to more students this year at Homecoming. The Homecoming Kingz Scholarship Fund has become one of the favorite alumni association programs as it embodies the true essence of The Hill, family! This financial boost is a way former students can give back to those in need. Many students forego their college education due to lack of money. We don't want to stunt the growth and future of our family, so we are on a mission to grow this scholarship yearly. Are you in?
THE SCHOLARSHIP RULES
1. Applicants must be a currently enrolled.
2. Applicants must complete online form & essay.
*All entries will be reviewed by The Committee. Recipients will be notified via email.
Check presentation to recipients will be Saturday Oct 29th on the Homecoming Kingz Stage.
THE ESSAY RULES
1. Essay must be 3 complete sentences only!
2. No Run-on sentences.
*Essays that violate the 2 rules well be read and disqualified.
